Because our services are digital and time-based, we generally do not offer refunds once coaching has been delivered or a training block has started.
However, we believe in fairness. If you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s revising your plan, offering credit, or making an exception.
One-Time Services:

No refunds after delivery of the service or program.
Monthly Coaching:

You may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Refunds for the current month are typically not issued.
